We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations rescheduling to avoid a fee. Changes made within 24-48 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full service amount.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we will reevaluate the terms of the cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer medical grade treatments and products, therefore HSA/FSA can be used as a form of payment.

48-72 hours before: Stop using Retin-A, tretinoin, AHAs/BHAs to prevent over-sensitivity.
Avoid Irritants: Do not get waxing or threading done 48 hours before.
Avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure to prevent sunburned skin, which cannot be treated.
